We are seeking a Bartender to support a restaurant bar and deliver attentive table, bar, and VIP service. Reporting to the Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, and General Manager, this role will prepare classic and craft cocktails, serve beer and wine, support the full beverage menu, and create a welcoming guest experience through knowledgeable and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, craft cocktails, beer, wine, and items from the full beverage menu.
- Provide attentive customer service through table service, bar service, and VIP service.
- Take guest orders accurately and demonstrate thorough menu knowledge.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Set up and maintain the bar for efficient service.
- Monitor inventory and support inventory management.
- Maintain sanitation standards throughout service.
- Verify guest ages and complete closing procedures.
- Salary $20 p/hr plus tips
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of bartending experience.
- Knowledge of mixology and alcohol service regulations.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory control.
