Employment Type: Contract (9 Months)

Compensation: $50.00 /hr.

Schedule: 40 hrs/Week. - (1 st shift)

About the Opportunity:

• Develop fluid sub-system designs (Gas/Liquid fuel, Lube Oil, Hydraulic, Water Injection, Coolers, Air systems - Inlet filtration, Ventilation, Exhaust, Silencers) and structural package/skids (base plate, sub-skids).
• Well-versed in the practical application of Industry codes, certification requirements, and standards for different regions and countries (API, PED, CSA, ASME, ATEX, NACE, ISO 21789)
• Work with experienced engineers and suppliers to create designs for fluid accessory components (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation).
• Review customer and fleet data to support redesign efforts that improve customer reliability and performance.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver engineering drawings such as P&ID (Process and Instrumentation Diagram), General Arrangement Drawings, Assembly Drawings, redline markup, work instructions or work packs, demolition or construction instructions, API data sheets, component/equipment datasheets.
• Perform engineering calculations (pressure drop calculation, valve selections, pump/motor sizing, pressure vessel selection, stress).
• Work with designers/drafters on detailed design (pipe assemblies, pipe supports, air duct assemblies)
• Responsible to deliver Requirements, Risk Review, Design, drawings, and bill of materials on time to meet the schedule.
• Work closely with Capability Leads and present the solution in Design Reviews.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in designing mechanical systems.

• Team player and should be able to handle multiple projects.

Additional Information:
