Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible home health position. The PT will provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes while managing a flexible daily schedule.
Coverage Area: Visits are located within the city limits of Fresno, Madera, Clovis, Sanger, and Fowler.
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive pay-per-visit compensation plus an hourly rate for all time worked
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company pays 60% of the employee-only base medical plan
- Medical coverage begins the first of the month after hire
- 401(k) with 4% company match when contributing at least 6%
- Paid time off
- 40 hours of sick time annually
- Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate
- $35 monthly phone stipend
- WellSky/Kinnser mobile electronic charting
- AI documentation support that reduces documentation time by approximately 60%
- Company vehicle after six months, including personal use within the service territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- At least one year of Physical Therapist experience in a home health, hospital or outpatient setting
- Authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work visas are not available for this position
