The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care, preferably in an LTACH environment, and be responsible for evaluating and implementing treatment plans for patients. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Requirements Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state.
