If you're organized, customer-focused, and enjoy solving problems while leading high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you'll oversee restoration projects from the initial customer contact through project completion. You'll manage field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, communicate with customers and insurance professionals, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManage restoration projects from start to finishDeliver an exceptional customer and client experienceRespond quickly to new customer opportunities and emergency service requestsDevelop project scopes and prepare accurate estimatesPresent and obtain approval for project plans and estimatesCoordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project schedulesMonitor project quality, timelines, budgets, and profitabilityMaintain complete and accurate job documentationCommunicate effectively with customers, insurance representatives, vendors, and internal teamsLead, coach, and develop Restoration Technicians and Crew ChiefsPromote and enforce a strong culture of safetyParticipate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotationContinuously develop leadership, management, and restoration expertiseWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who enjoys leading people, building relationships, and taking ownership of projects.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 3 years of operations experience are a plusMinimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience are a plusRestoration, construction, mitigation, or cleaning industry experience preferredIndustry certifications (IICRC or similar) are a plusStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable using computers, estimating software, and Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPhysical RequirementsLift up to 50 pounds independently (100 pounds with assistance)Walk, stand, climb ladders, and work on active job sitesWork in varying indoor and outdoor conditionsOccasionally wear appropriate PPE, including respiratorsDrive to local project sites throughout the workdayReady to Build Your Career?Every day brings a new challenge, and every project gives you the opportunity to help people recover from fire, water, mold, storm, and other property damage.
