Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team at Upscale Home Care in Fountain Hills, AZ. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to senior and disabled individuals in their homes. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meal preparation

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment

• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being

• Provide companionship and support with warmth and sensitivity to ensure the comfort and happiness of those in your care

Requirements:

• CPR Certification

• First Aid Certification

• Finger check clearance card

Qualifications:

• Strong observational skills to monitor client health effectively

• Ability to assist clients with mobility safely while maintaining their dignity

• Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families

• Must be reliable, patient, and possess a genuine desire to help others
