We serve as a flex plant and are able to produce everything from a whole pasteurized egg to liquid, dried, hardboiled and curds. ResponsibilitiesThis Role is for M-F, 630am-330pm. SAP Experience is required. SUMMARY: TheMaintenancePlannerprovidessupport toboth Maintenance and Reliability services within the plant, championingmaintenance processexecutionalexcellenceand asset health improvement efforts. TheMaintenancePlannerwill ensure results while partnering with the MFI ARM team, plant maintenance team personnel, plant operational team, and all other plant support teams members for success.TheMaintenancePlannerwillactivelyparticipateonthe maintenanceworkflowprocessteam and will ensure that work orders forplantassets are in theCMMSbacklog andare beingplannedand scheduled effectively.The MaintenancePlannerwill work withSupervisors, Leads, & Technicianstohelpensure thatscheduled work ordersare properly executed,followed through,documentedandthevalue of the job is captured and reported.They will promote,execute,mentor,and coachexcellence inplanning & schedulingpreventive and correctivemaintenance practices.The Maintenance Planner willmonitorand report WR/WO status, including backlog, to plant leadership weekly and be accountable for KPI’s using CMMS data.They will bea competentCMMS “user”responsible fordata integrity.The MaintenancePlannerwill become a resource to the plant who constantlyassistsin improving theoperating conditionof equipment and improving theeffectivenessand performance of the maintenance team.This position has the responsibility tocomply withSafety work rules at all times as well as an obligation to reinforce Safety as a Core Value. Ensures that all policies, procedures andactivities,related to Food Safety &Quality,are followed andcomplied withuniformly,in an effort toreduce product and process variability.This role must be availableforscheduled work times,weekends,andholidays,as necessary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Activelyparticipateas amaintenanceteamsupport servicesmemberto ensure personal safety, quality, delivery, and cost, are continuously being improved to achieve companyobjectives.Engage and develop theassetcare teammembersto deliver expected levels of reliability.Be an active member who contributes to the advancement of theMFI & ARMculture. Plan, schedule,and champion Precision Maintenance®techniquesensuringprocedural compliance and that job tolerances are metIdentify, develop, and implementmaintenance processand performance improvement projectsDevelops and implements PM and job plans for critical equipmentworkwith the maintenance, reliability, operations, & engineering personnel.Activelyparticipateinmaintenance process and systemtraining forteampersonnelAdvise/ assist craftsman duringplanned and scheduledmaintenanceassignmentsas necessaryPlan and schedulepreventive and corrective maintenance tasks with excellenceActivelyparticipateinstoreroom activities related to job packages and kitting,componentcriticality analysis,reliability-basedstorage practicesActivelyparticipatein thedevelopment and sustainability of theCMMSphysical asset data base includingequipment & componentcriticality, precision tasks,BOM’s, and all other necessary supporting data for asset care excellenceActivelyparticipateinmaintenance & reliability task scheduling for long term andshort-termequipment reliability inaninclusive and transparent manner working with operations partnersUtilizeMFI approvedCMMS tomanage, document, andsupportreliabilityreporting and decision making.This will beaccomplishedthroughthe guidance ofMFI ARM standards.Keepaccurateand up-to-date recordsasrequired.Provides input for root cause analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance to create anenvironment of continuous asset reliability improvement. QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalentAssociate's degree or two-year technical certificate,or experience whichdemonstratestechnical aptitude preferred 2 to 3 years of experience as an industrialmaintenance technician preferredTrained and competent in MFI MTL1 and MTL2 skills preferredAbility to read and decipher mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams preferredE&I troubleshooting experience preferred1 to 2 years of experience with maintenance planning in a manufacturing environment preferred Prior experience in SAP at “competent user” level preferredAbility to interact with all levels of the organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with superb time management and project scheduling skills. Excellent administrative and follow up skills to achieve success with condition-based maintenance, preventive maintenance, and precision corrective repair programs.
