Agency requires a current Nurse Aide certification (CNA). Knowledge of client protocols and interventions of therapy, Microsoft Suite and Practice Partner, procedures of specialized sensory programs, mental illnesses and disabilities, program adaptations, recreation and social programming, and motivational techniques are required. Education & Experience Substitution: 1-3 years of progressive work experience (typically in Human Services). CNA Certification obtained within twelve (12) months of hire OR Education: Associate's Degree (typically in Healthcare). Experience: No prior experience required. CNA Certification obtained within twelve (12) months of hire.Physical working conditions include lifting medical/patient equipment of varying sizes and weights to about 50 lbs. and working evenings, nights, and/or weekends as scheduled.FLSA: Non-Exempt.
