IT Support Analyst: Windows & Mac | On-site & Training

Salvation Army

Salvation Army is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical assistance to staff in Alexandria, VA. You will manage PC setup, software configurations, and repairs, covering Windows, Mac OS, and Office 365, while delivering user training. Responsibilities include remote and on-site support, problem diagnosis, and ensuring timely, courteous service.
