Summary Gainwell Technologies is seeking Healthcare Call Center Representatives to provide exceptional customer service and support members with questions regarding healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services. This is a 100% remote position; however, candidates must reside in the state of California. In this role, you\'ll serve as a trusted resource by helping members navigate important healthcare programs while delivering a positive, professional experience. Your role in our mission Answer inbound member calls and provide accurate information regarding healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services. Research member inquiries, resolve issues, and respond within established service level agreements (SLAs). Accurately document member interactions, resolutions, and follow-up activities within the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with team members, leadership, and business partners to resolve member concerns and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Conduct outbound calls to members as needed to provide updates, obtain additional information, or support business initiatives. What we\'re looking for Must reside in the state of California. Experience working in a high-volume inbound call center or customer contact center environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for helping others. Ability to provide professional, customer-focused service while handling a high volume of member interactions. Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications, CRM systems, and telephone technology while assisting customers. What you should expect in this role Work remotely from your home office while supporting members throughout California. Spend the majority of your day assisting members by telephone while navigating multiple computer systems. Receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional growth. The pay range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
