Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for building PODs that hold inventory on the robotics floor. This role requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team to complete a specified number of Pods within a set timeframe while maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble metal workstations and inventory shelving units.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to complete Pods in a specific time.
• Perform repetitive tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing.
• Use hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks.

Essential Skills

• Experience with general labor, hand tools, and power tools.
• Experience in construction, production, or carpentry.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Commercial construction and assembly experience.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented mindset.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Daytona Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
