Step into a dynamic school-based environment in the Houston area, supporting students in middle and high school as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. This full-time, on-site contract role offers meaningful work with a manageable caseload, all while emphasizing a collaborative and student-centered approach.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Texas SLP licensure (out-of-state licensure such as Florida is also considered; attach an image of your license when applying)
• Experience or comfort serving grades 6–8 and/or 10–12 with a preference considered for grade assignment
• Background in therapy provision, conducting ARD meetings, and performing standardized speech-language testing/evaluations
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50–60 students
• Completion of fingerprinting for district credentialing (can be expedited if you are already in the state system)
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy in compliance with IEP goals and state requirements
• Facilitate and participate in ARD/IEP meetings
• Conduct assessments and document progress for assigned students
• Partner with campus staff and families to promote student development and advocate for service needs
• Travel between assigned schools, with thoughtful assignments based on your location
