Treatment Nurse - LVN or RN/ Staffing Coordinator

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit. Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse In this role, you will: * Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments * Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns * Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans * Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing * Review lab results and respond to signs of infection * Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols * Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care * Prepare and over-see daily schedule for nursing department. * Ensure proper coverage for all nursing assignments, documenting call ins and finding their replacement. * Assist in orientating new CNA's and complete new hire/annual proficiencies.
