HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial and light industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV systems, and building automation controls. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections Complete service documentation and communicate findings with clients Maintain a professional appearance and work independently in the field Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service Qualifications 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification required Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments Preferred Experience Experience with Trane, Daikin, Carrier, Lennox, and Mitsubishi systems Familiarity with building automation systems Brazing, leak testing, and pressure testing experience OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
