• Position Title: Commercial Cleaner / Janitorial Associate
• Location: Muskegon, Michigan
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Shift: Evening Shift
• Work Setting: Commercial buildings, offices, and business facilities
• Start Date: Immediate Hiring

What You'll Do

As an Evening Cleaning Associate, you'll help create clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our customers.

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Perform routine commercial cleaning and janitorial services

• Vacuum carpeted areas and clean hard-surface floors

• Sweep, mop, and maintain entryways, hallways, and common areas

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and shared spaces

• Empty trash receptacles and remove recyclable materials

• Dust furniture, fixtures, and office equipment

• Restock paper products, soap dispensers, and facility supplies

• Follow company cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards

• Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently and thoroughly

• Report maintenance or facility concerns when identified

• Maintain high-quality cleaning standards at all assigned locations

Qualifications

Required

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attendance and punctuality

• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, walking, and standing

• Commercial cleaning experience
