Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Neuro Telemetry

Schedule:
Shift: 06:45 - 17:00

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Stroke certification

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a Neuro Telemetry unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.

Compliance / Notes:
- Dress code: RN - Ceil blue or white scrubs.
- House Supervisor must be contacted for any nurse cancellations.
