Stand-Up Forklift OperatorTTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is seeking a Stand-Up Forklift Operator for our Day Shift Manufacturing operations in Anderson, SC. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition assistance, 401(k), medical, dental, vision coverage, paid vacation, and holidays.Position SummaryThe Stand-Up Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment while supporting warehouse and manufacturing operations through picking, packing, repackaging, unloading, and inventory-related activities. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product accuracy, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesComplete assigned picking, packing, repackaging, and unloading tasks.Operate stand-up forklift and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment accuracy.Follow all company safety, security, and quality policies.Utilize basic math skills and weight scales to complete job functions.Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Demonstrate a cooperative and professional attitude with coworkers and management.Adhere to production schedules and work overtime and weekends as needed.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.Perform additional duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 3 to 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.Previous forklift operation experience required.Licensed or certified Lift Truck Operator required.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to accurately add and multiply numbers.Ability to read and understand written English instructions.Ability to work from pick lists, work orders, and operating instructions.Ability to maintain productivity standards, including picking up to 200 line items.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.Frequent repetitive motion throughout the shift.Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds independently.Team lifting required for items exceeding 50 pounds.Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.Ability to continuously move products of varying weights throughout the workday.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.Working ConditionsFast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.Exposure to moving equipment, forklifts, and warehouse traffic.Variable temperatures depending on season and operational needs.Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business demands.Key Performance ExpectationsMaintain safety compliance with zero preventable incidents.Meet picking and productivity standards.Achieve inventory and order accuracy goals.Adhere to quality requirements and operational procedures.Demonstrate reliability, attendance, and teamwork.Internal Candidate RequirementsInternal applicants must meet the following qualifications:No active Final Written Warnings.No more than six (6) attendance points.Meet efficiency and quality performance standards for the previous three months.Minimum of six (6) months in current position.Meet all qualifications and requirements outlined in this job description.
