Assistant Director of Facilities - McCloskey Location: Albany, NY, US Salary: $62,355 annually Responsibilities Provides direct and regular supervision to all maintenance technician staff employed or contracted by the CCHO or MCSC. Maintains a system to record and track all tools and equipment belonging to CCHO maintenance department. Responsible for the implementation of preventive maintenance procedures for heating, plumbing and electrical systems. In conjunction with the Director of Facilities, serves as a consultant to the Catholic Charities Executive Directors for property and maintenance questions. Participates in Section 8, Building Code, and Regulatory Agency inspections. Manages work orders utilizing organization-provided software. Troubleshoots and repairs equipment, machinery, and systems. Ensures the completion of maintenance tasks including but not limited to painting, dry wall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
