Director Of Hr - Perimeter Area
The Director of HR assumes responsibility for the employee programs at the company: recruiting top talent, development of our current team and HR processes and partnerships. Responsibilities include:
- Driver of Leadership/Management/Accountability Principles
- Promotes and preserves the culture by developing and implementing company initiatives around culture and employee engagement
- Leads a continuous learning environment in professional and personal development: programs, mentorship, resource management
- Designs, plans and implements human resources programs and policies related to staffing, benefits and training/onboarding
- Fosters an open, respectful and fair working environment
- Effectively navigates the organization and external partners to leverage resources
- Compelling thought leadership in the HR Department processes, systems and culture
- Assists Leadership in compensation modeling
