This unique role offers the chance to support adults with developmental disabilities one-on-one and in small group settingswhile also getting out into the community for weekend events, and activity outings. Position Title: Program Support Professional II

Schedule: Availability to be scheduled to work between 8:00am9:00pm Monday-Friday

Position Type: Full time, 35 hours per week guaranteed

Compensation: $18.75 per hour

Location: Twin cities metro area

In this role you will be making a difference by:

• Delivering personalized care to adults with a wide range of support needsincluding varying levels of behavior, medical conditions, and independence.
• Work flexibly across multiple programs, including 1:1 In-Home Support and our weekend Respite Program.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal cares and maintaining a clean and supportive environment.
• Provide attentive supervision to ensure safety, comfort, and emotional well-being.
• Transport Individuals to appointments, outings, and events in the community using a company-provided vehicle (or personal vehicle as needed).

To be considered for this role you must:

• Carry a valid driver's license
• Proof of at least liability auto insurance in your name (even if you don't own a car)
• Hold an acceptable driving record.
• Possess strong English communication skills.
• Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
• Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
