About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in San Diego, California, 92121!

We are seeking a skilled Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 90-day assignment in California, starting Jun 29, 2026. This role involves covering MFM services, urgent obstetrical needs, and assisting with procedures, including c-sections, along with managing unassigned OB patients during standard 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cover MFM services and their patients.
• Address urgent obstetrical needs and emergencies on the unit.
• Assist other OB providers with c-sections and other obstetrical procedures.
• Provide coverage for undoctored or unassigned OB patients.
• Manage high-risk pregnancies.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required.
