High-End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without hand-holding. Who We Are NOT Looking For: Agents desperate for immediate income Agents unable to purchase their own leads Agents needing constant guidance Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month) Uncoachable agents with a large ego Who We ARE Looking For: Competent communicators who can effectively speak and listen Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system Our company partners with top lead vendors and carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively via virtual meetings (telephone/Zoom), focusing on high-value policies. Our agents typically invest $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premium. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer competitive contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
