Commercial Property Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Commercial Property Manager in Menlo Park, CA. Summary: We're seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant relationships for a commercial real estate portfolio. This individual will be responsible for managing property operations, budgets, vendor relationships, lease administration, and tenant satisfaction while ensuring assets are maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of commercial real estate properties
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and forecasts
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and operating expenses
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end activities
• Oversee lease administration and ensure compliance with lease terms
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and maintenance activities
• Identify and resolve operational issues affecting property performance
• Conduct property inspections and ensure overall asset quality
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• 5+ years of commercial property management experience
• Experience managing operating budgets and financial reporting
• Experience with financial analysis, reconciliations, and forecasting
• Strong understanding of lease administration and tenant relations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
