Backyard Breaks is hiring dependable, detail-driven Fulfillment Associates to join our growing operations team. This is a hands-on role for people who like staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in getting the details right.

You’ll help sort, protect, organize, package, and ship thousands of sports cards and collectibles to customers across the globe. The environment moves quickly, the work matters, and no two shifts are exactly the same.

Day and night positions are available.

Available Shifts

Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Both day and night teams work on a rotating schedule . Because Backyard operates throughout the week, schedules will rotate over time and weekend availability is required . If you’re looking for a strict Monday–Friday schedule, this probably won’t be the right fit. If you like a team environment, can be flexible, and don’t mind working weekends as part of your rotation, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Sort, sleeve, top-load, and organize sports cards and related inventory
• Print shipping labels and packing slips using ShipStation
• Double-check every order for accuracy and quality
• Handle cards carefully and protect higher-value items appropriately
• Keep products, supplies, and packaging materials organized and ready to move
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and efficient workspace
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team keep orders moving

• Coachable and willing to learn new systems and processes
• Flexible with a rotating schedule that includes weekends
• Interested in sports or trading cards is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse position. Team members must be able to:

• Stand and move for extended periods
• Perform tasks requiring sustained focus and downward attention
• Lift objects weighing up to, and occasionally more than, 50 pounds
• Handle sports cards, shipping supplies, packaging materials, and related inventory
• Perform a variety of fulfillment and warehouse duties as business needs change
