Quality Assurance Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Quality Assurance Manager to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Quality Assurance department supporting enterprise-scale initiatives, you will play a key role in driving quality excellence across complex programs. What's the Job?

• Lead enterprise-wide Quality Assurance initiatives across diverse technology programs, including transformation, cloud, SAP, data, and digital platforms.

• Develop and implement modern QA strategies aligned with the organization's digital and AI-driven objectives.

• Oversee QA delivery across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

• Establish governance processes, defect standards, and go-live readiness criteria to ensure seamless project execution.

• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation within the QA teams.

What's Needed?

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and enterprise projects.

• Proven expertise in Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks, testing methodologies, and QA governance.

• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Katalon, Playwright, JMeter, and LoadRunner.

• Strong understanding of automation, performance testing, and integration testing, with familiarity in Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications.

• Knowledge of GenAI technologies for QA, including Gemini, OpenAI, and Copilot, to drive innovation in testing practices.
