What You'll Do

• Growth Mindset Culture
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and compliance
• Manage and grow prescription volume (retail + specialty + compounding)
• Build relationships with physicians and referral partners
• Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff
• Identify new revenue opportunities and service lines
• Ensure exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint

Who You Are

• Licensed Pharmacist in Florida (required)
• Experienced in retail, specialty, or compounding pharmacy (preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset -you think like an owner, not an employee
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Operationally savvy and detail-oriented
• Excited by innovation, not intimidated by it

Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
