Familiar with production processes and understands job packet documentsMust possess the ability to perform in-process measurements and keep parts in statistical process controlResponsible for machine daily maintenance checks and scheduled preventative maintenanceMust be able perform and manage multiple tasks and/or priorities and easily adapt to changing situationsPerform a variety of general maintenance & shop work, work flexible hours as needed and handle additional tasks as assigned;Responsible to maintain a clean and orderly work areaAdhere to Employee's responsibilities outlined in Cygnus' Health & Safety PolicyRequired ExperienceQualified applicants must possess general shop skills and experiences;Knowledge of machining techniques and methods;High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate);Additional Vo-Tech or Technical school training and previous manufacturing experience required;Frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 50 lbs.;Ability to stand for long periods of time, work in a manufacturing shop environment (hot, cold and/or noisy areas);Frequent hand to finger movement & repetitiveness, handle, feel objects & tools, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking and hearingADA Disclaimer: Cygnus Manufacturing Company (CMC) will make reasonable accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.Available Shifts: 1st 2nd Weekends
