Duties and Responsibilities: Draft complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and sophisticated estate planning documents. Manage probate proceedings, trust administration, and fiduciary accountings for high-value estates. Handle contested trusts and estates litigation, including will contests and fiduciary disputes. Advise high-net-worth clients on tax planning, charitable giving, business succession, and asset protection strategies. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates): JD and active NY bar. 3–7+ years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting and client counseling skills.
