You'll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you—because when you feel valued, you're empowered to do your best work.Manages Equinix Infomart Facility functions, including but not limited to: security, housekeeping, café operations, parking, and tenant finishes.ResponsibilitiesActs as a liaison between departments, contractors, Equinix staff, and tenants on matters relating to the building and its operation.Reserves and manages meeting roomsOrders consumables for office personnelConducts mailroom operations in support of multiple departments.Maintains ongoing communication with tenants, owners, property management, and vendorsAssists Corporate Real Estate team members in the oversight and execution of projectsAssists Site Managers in developing operating and capital budgetsAssists in the review of proposed tenant improvements for conformance to owner requirementsEnsures compliance with applicable codes and regulations as they pertain to facility operationsResponds to emergencies (i.e., fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.) and tenant concernsOversees vendor execution of tenant services such as janitorial, pest control, grounds keeping, cafeteria operations, and parking management, and gym amenity maintenanceCoordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractorsDrafts scopes of work and requests for proposal for service contractsQualifications5+ years' experience preferredBachelor's degree in business management preferredThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is:United States - Dallas: 70,000 - 105,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
