We're Hiring: Direct Support Professionals Location: Burlington County Employment Type: Non-Exempt, Full Time and Part-Time Schedules Department: Adult Residential Hourly Rate: $19.06-$19.44/hr

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Community Residential Services for Adults (CRSA), you'll empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life.

Bancroft's community-based residences for people with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities fosters a stable environment where each individual can experience independence. Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills. We are hiring across Burlington County. Various schedules and shifts are currently available evenings, and overnights.

Qualifications

We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
