We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey!ResponsibilitiesLead the full product development and deployment lifecycle for the Recommendation Product Group to optimize recommendation efficiency of e-commerce short videos.Identify business opportunities, collect business requirements, define project scope and key milestones, and write functional and technical specifications to drive design and development discussions with leadership.Analyze complex technologies and use cases to produce meaningful technical insights that drive product development and influence the product development roadmap.Lead the team in the planning, design and development of methodologies, tools and systems for data collection and data analysis ensuring metrics and reports are targeted towards continuous product innovation, improvement, and optimization.Prepare and deliver detailed project status information to senior management, ensuring alignment and attention to timelines, risks, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build and iterate strategies and achieve business goals.Supervise and mentor junior- and mid‑level team members. Qualifications QualificationsMust have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field, and 7 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post‑bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:Project management, including collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and implement data‑driven business strategies;Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning;Performing end‑to‑end product management, including coordinating cross‑functional teams in product conceptualization, design, development, and deployment;Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents; andDesigning, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 25%.Employer: TT Commerce & Global Services LLCType: Full time, 40 hours/weekLocation: Bellevue, WA Salary Range: $256880 - $438900 per year TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
