At The Tap, great food is at the heart of every great guest experience. We're looking for Cooks who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and are committed to delivering quality and consistency with every plate.

As a Cook, you'll play an essential role in creating memorable dining experiences by preparing food to our standards, supporting your teammates, and helping maintain a kitchen environment built on excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout every shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.
• Assist with inventory management, food preparation, and station organization.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Support opening, closing, and daily kitchen responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, equipment, and varying temperatures.
