Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision Goal-oriented with strong execution skills to drive business plan success and meet sales targets Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies Compensation $65,000 - $100,000+ yearly For more than 25 years, we have assisted our communities, empowered our partners, and expanded our company footprint across the nation.
