CT Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

Perform CT scans on patients, ensuring high-quality images are obtained for diagnostic purposes.
Follow prescribed imaging protocols and patient safety guidelines.
Position patients appropriately to ensure accurate imaging results.
Provide clear instructions to patients and ensure their comfort during procedures.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare team members to ensure accurate diagnostics and effective treatment plans.
Maintain and operate CT equipment, ensuring it is clean, calibrated, and functioning correctly.
Document all patient information and imaging results accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
Adhere to safety standards and infection control procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiology, with CT certification preferred.
years of experience as a CT Technologist preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients.
Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) and PACS is a plus.
