Lead Heavy Equipment Sales

JP Industries – Gainesville, GA

JP Industries is seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual to lead the sales and marketing of our heavy equipment inventory, including compact track loaders, mini excavators, and other construction equipment.

This is a highly independent position responsible for managing the full sales process—from creating and managing advertisements to communicating with customers and closing sales.

Responsibilities include:

• Create and manage equipment listings across Facebook Marketplace, social media, and heavy equipment sales platforms
• Respond to leads, communicate with prospective buyers, and close equipment sales
• Manage day-to-day sales activities and follow-up
• Recommend advertising budgets, marketing strategies, and ways to improve sales performance
• Coordinate with partner auction companies when appropriate to facilitate equipment sales
• Help determine the best sales channels and strategies for individual pieces of equipment

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, automotive, construction, agriculture, or a similar industry
• Experience listing and marketing products through Facebook Marketplace, social media, and online marketplaces
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Comfortable taking ownership of the sales process and making recommendations directly to the company owner

JP Industries will provide a dedicated office and the tools necessary to successfully perform the position.

Compensation: Base salary plus sales commission. Base pay and commission structure will be negotiated based on experience.
