In Oceania, Nayax Energy is our dedicated Electric Vehicle (EV) division, delivering end-to-end cashless payment and management solutions to the fast-growing EV charging market.Nayax is looking for a Customer Success Manager to be based in Hunt Valley, Maryland. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be the trusted advisor for Nayax's most valuable customers and distributors. Your mission is to drive retention, growth, and customer satisfaction by understanding business needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring long-term success.This role blends relationship management, technical guidance, and strategic consulting—perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer advocacy and business impact.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:Build strong, genuine relationships with customers and distributors, acting as their primary point of contact.Ensure customers maximize value from Nayax products and services, driving increased adoption and sales volume.Partner with customers to map goals, requirements, and strategies that align with their business objectives.Lead proactive interactions, providing suitable technological solutions and managing contract renewals.Keep customers informed about Nayax's future products, services, and innovations.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Product, Operations, and Technical Support to resolve requests and deliver success.Represent Nayax at customer events, training sessions, and industry meetings (occasional travel required).What Makes You a Great Fit:3+ years of experience in customer-facing or project management roles.Business background in sales, account management, or customer success.Strong technical aptitude with the ability to guide customers through technical processes.Proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with a bias for action.Preferred Skills & Advantages:Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL)Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce), BI tools, or JiraExperience in payments, SaaS, or fintech environments is a plusFounded in 2005, Nayax provides an end-to-end platform for payments, empowers businesses to grow revenue, reduce operational costs, and deliver seamless commerce experiences.
