All Shifts Available : Weekdays, Weekends, Overnight, (4) hour shifts, (8) hour shifts. Part-time. Full-time.

Our Territory includes Escondido, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Valley Center, Ramona, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Hidden Meadows, Pauma Valley, Borrego Springs, Julian & Surrounding Areas.

Job Summary:

The Caregiver provides compassionate, high-quality, in-home care to older adults, enabling them to live safely and comfortably at home. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others, building relationships, and making a difference in the lives of seniors. Caregivers assist clients with daily activities, companionship, and personal care needs while ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to elderly clients in their homes.
• Provide peace of mind to the families of our clients.
• Transportation to appointments & errands.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication management & personal care.
• Alzheimer's / Dementia care, mobility assistance and hygiene assistance.
• Supporting the needs of seniors, fostering a positive environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Have previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• A compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Ability to interact with clients in an upbeat and positive manner.
• Ability to pass a background and DMV check.
• A clean, safe, reliable vehicle + valid CA license and insurance.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
