Coordinator - Field

COORDINATOR - FIELDESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Duties may include, but are not limited to, duties surrounding Administrative Support:Preparation of the annual Operations & Maintenance budgetPerform monthly cost control analysis and forecastingAssist with the preparation/monitoring of O&M & Capital projectsComplete financial project documentationInput employee timesheets into the time reporting systemReview and determine the validity of pay codes and accounting in accordance with Company pay policies and proceduresGenerate a monthly purchase card statement for bargaining unit employees, reconcile the charges with receipts provided and complete the appropriate cost coding for each charge as it relates to budgeted costsReview, code and submit invoices into the SAP Accounts Payable systemWork directly with vendors/contractors to resolve billing discrepanciesAssist with contracts for service and associated reporting, as neededVarious administrative support duties including training on computer applications, and special requests for information or reportingRequired Education:High School DiplomaPreferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or additional equivalent related experienceRequired Skills:0-2 years of relevant experienceAdvanced oral and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft softwareExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with all levels of organizationMust be able to multi-task and prioritize completing deadlinesWorking Conditions:Normal office working conditionsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standingOccasional visits to settings which may include exposure to extreme conditions and loud machinery, requiring appropriate personal protective equipmentAbility to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervisionAbility to work overtime on short noticeSome travel and overnight stays will be required, approximately 15% of the time
