SC Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster

Seeking a SC Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster, the full-time position will manage adjudication of medical-only and indemnity claims, including Federal and State Black Lung claims, while working remotely across the United States. Key responsibilities: Adjudicate complex workers' compensation claims through thorough investigations and interviews Manage medical-only claims and ensure timely payment of appropriate medical bills Set claim reserves and prepare documentation while maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders Required qualifications: Minimum of five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in South Carolina Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience SC license required at the start of the assignment Strong understanding of insurance operations and claim negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to communicate effectively in English
