Im direkten Austausch mit internationalen Banken und weiteren Geschftspartner:innen sorgst Du fr eine professionelle und verlssliche Kommunikation
Vertrge, Korrespondenz und weitere Unterlagen verwaltest Du so, dass das Team jederzeit darauf zugreifen kann
Du pflegst Finanz- und Geschftsdaten sorgfltig und hltst die relevanten Informationen fr das Treasury-Team aktuell
Im Tagesgeschft behltst Du offene Aufgaben im Blick, koordinierst Termine und fasst nach, wenn Rckmeldungen noch ausstehen
Mit klassischen Assistenzaufgaben untersttzt Du das Treasury-Team und sorgst dafr, dass organisatorische Themen reibungslos laufen

Eine abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung ist die Grundlage fr die Rolle und die Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich ist ein Plus
Mit MS-Office arbeitest Du sicher und findest Dich schnell in wiederkehrenden administrativen Ablufen zurecht
Auch wenn mehrere Themen parallel laufen, arbeitest Du strukturiert, setzt Prioritten und behltst offene Punkte zuverlssig im Blick
Im Kontakt mit internen Bereichen, Banken und weiteren externen Partner:innen kommunizierst Du professionell und verbindlich
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift helfen Dir dabei, auch mit internationalen Ansprechpersonen sicher zusammenzuarbeiten
