Job Description This role provides service to employees and business stakeholders. The HRG partners with the HRM, HR team members, and business leaders to execute Amcor's strategic business initiatives and the Human Capital Strategy. At this level, the HRG provides an intermediate level of business data and analytics. This individual is responsible for the tactical management of daily HR operations, including the administration of policies, procedures, and programs. This is an individual contributor role that typically reports to the HRM. WHAT YOU GET TO DO Demonstrates & promotes Amcor Safety Culture Partners with HR Shared Services and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR Service Model, including resolution of employee inquiries and issues.
