Job OverviewA law firm seeks a highly qualified junior associate to join their Debt Finance group in Boston, MA. The role involves representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth. Duties Represent private equity sponsors and banks in financial transactions. Work with credit agreements and commitment papers. Draft and negotiate collateral agreements and deliverables. Requirements Outstanding academic credentials. Comparable law firm experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
