As a Senior Director, HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic HR leader supporting ADP's Product Management, Data Solutions, ADP Ventures, and AI Development and Governance functions. You will translate business strategy into talent, organization, and workforce plans that strengthen performance, readiness, and long-term capability.Drive Organizational Design and Workforce Strategy. You will lead organizational design priorities, strategic workforce planning, and location strategy across your client groups. You will assess current and future capability needs, identify gaps, and help leaders design organizations that can scale effectively.Shape Talent Strategy and Workforce Readiness. You will drive talent strategies that align to evolving business needs and macro workforce trends, including succession planning, talent movement, workforce capability development, and readiness for future skills. You will help ensure the organization is positioned to build, attract, and retain critical talent.Enable AI Readiness. You will partner with leaders and COEs to support workforce AI readiness and proficiency, helping the organization navigate changes in skills, roles, ways of working, and leadership expectations as AI capabilities evolve.Leadership Coaching. You will coach and develop leaders across the technology organization, strengthening leadership effectiveness, decision-making, change leadership, and team effectiveness. You will support leaders in navigating ambiguity, scaling teams, and leading through transformation.Lead Performance and Talent Discussions. You will enable strong performance conversations, support succession planning, and drive talent movement decisions. You will help leaders engage in candid, thoughtful, and constructive conversations that raise the bar on performance and development.Advance a Forward-Looking HR Agenda.
