Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Batch Operator for our client. This job is responsible for safely operating and control systems used to weigh, meter, and mix raw materials to produce consistent batches. This position follows batch sheets and quality standards to ensure customer requirements are met.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Safely operate and control weighing, metering, and mixing systems.
• Weigh, meter, and mix raw materials according to batch sheets.
• Produce consistent batches while following quality standards.
• Follow established safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
• Monitor the batching process to meet customer requirements.
• Work in a chemical processing environment.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Chemical processing experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Union membership required after 30 days of employment.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills.
