Job Description
Job Title: Ultrasound Tech

Profession: Radiology / Cardiology

Specialty: General Ultrasound

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Night

Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in profession required

License: ARDMS

Certifications: BLS

Must-Have: Cerner experience preferred

Description:
US tech needed for an ER setting.
Tech will perform a wide variety of scans.
Urgent backfill needed for Friday through Sunday from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Previous charge experience is required.
Experience in trauma level I and II settings is a plus.
Travel experience is preferred.
Knowledge of patient ratios and charting system experience is beneficial.
Skills in abdominal aorta, adult, obstetrics, and pediatrics are needed.
Experience with various ultrasound procedures including gallbladder, hernia, and superficial masses is required.
The candidate should be comfortable working with rapid response teams and performing special procedures.
Familiarity with different ultrasound machines such as Philips and Siemens is an asset.
