Financial Center Manager Associate

GENERAL FUNCTION The Financial Center Manager will participate in a comprehensive, customized onboarding and education program. Rotations include Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management. The role provides a learning approach to prepare for a Financial Center Manager position. Upon completion, the FCMA role is placed in a Financial Center. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Complete FCMA roadmap and all onboarding activities, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification. Develop deep Consumer and Small Business customer relationships by providing a memorable experience. Maintain working knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team. Use the consultative sales process to identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Develop an integrated book of business strategy with Financial Needs Assessments and assign customers to the best banker. Source, develop, coach, and lead a team that reinforces Core Values and business strategies. Cultivate a One Bank culture that collaborates with business partners. Participate in community benefit activities. Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies. Perform additional duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in providing employees timely, candid and constructive feedback; support their development, offer challenging opportunities for career growth, and recognize accomplishments. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment. Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication. Ability to analyze credit and financial information. Ability to execute and coach sales activities successfully. Business acumen. Sound decision-making ability. Required S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office environment; extended computer screen use; periodic travel within Bancorp footprint for meetings and training.
