Job Overview We are seeking both Full and Part-Time Housekeepers to join our West Springfield team. Starting wage up to $17.00 per hour. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Sign-On Bonus $100.00 after the first 30 days! $150.00 after the first 90 days! $250.00 after the first 6 months! Ideal Candidate Someone who can spot dust from a mile away “There’s a place for everything and everything has its place” is your personal mantra Someone who doesn’t shy away from a challenge Has the focus of a Zen Master and stamina of a Ninja Warrior You’re the unsung hero who keeps our guest's stay magical Day in the Life Greeting guests and assisting them with requests Using company standards to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and other areas Removing used bed linens and towels, replacing linens, making beds, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming and dusting Restocking your transport cart with supplies needed to clean your assigned rooms Communicating with the front desk about any concerns with the rooms, lost items, etc. Inspecting room fixtures for operations and function, reporting to maintenance any concerns Performing room and quality inspections to ensure brand standards are being met Maintaining professional and proper company dress code Qualifications MUST be able to work weekends and holidays A smile, effort and a positive attitude Previous customer service experience a plus Frequent lifting and bending Bi-lingual (English Spanish) preferred but not required Benefits Health insurance Dental Vision Competitive Pay Pet Insurance Employer Paid Life Insurance PTO after 60 days!
