Financial Crimes QA Analyst

Working remotely, the full-time Financial Crimes QA Analyst II will execute quality assurance programs focused on Financial Crimes activities, ensuring oversight, review, and governance across BSA/AML, Sanctions, and Fraud while assessing the effectiveness of 2LoD outputs. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed QA reviews of 2LoD casework, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory expectations Document QA findings, assess the severity of issues, and engage stakeholders to resolve findings and validate corrective actions Provide independent challenge within the 2LoD function, supporting regulatory exams and demonstrating the effectiveness of QA practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field 3-5+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (AML, Sanctions, Fraud) with direct experience in 2LoD Compliance or Quality Assurance Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and sanctions regulatory expectations and 2LoD roles within a three lines of defense model Experience reviewing complex financial crime cases and providing oversight or challenge Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in complex reviews
