Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A direct hire opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead operations at a newly established pharmacy within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This role offers the chance to oversee daily functions, manage compliance, and foster collaborative relationships with internal healthcare providers in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, managing all pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliance with 340B program requirements.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with onsite healthcare providers.
• Oversee inventory control and medication dispensing processes.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within an FQHC setting is required.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers onsite.
• Current pharmacist license in Vermont in good standing.
• Strong leadership skills and attention to regulatory compliance.
