Warehouse Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Sunday through Wednesday from 07:00am to 05:30pm )

We are seeking a diligent and efficient warehouse Associates to join our warehouse team.

**Schedules:**

1st shift Front Half: Sun-Wed 7:00am-5:30pm, 

1st shift Back Half: Thurs-Sat 6:00am-6:30pm,  $19.00/hr

3rd shift: Sun-Wed 7:00pm-5:30am. $18.50/hr 

The facility is located along a public transportation route

Ask candidate if they have a preference on shift. If yes, record response.

**Responsibilities:**

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Use RF scanners and warehouse inventory and orders. Load and unload products from trucks, pallets, racks

*Requirements:*

Ability to consistently lift up to 20-30 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally. 

* Must be able to comply with perfect attendance in first 2 weeks.

* Must be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment.* 

Disqualify If:

• Unable to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.

Ask if there any days they need to be off work in the next 30 days. If yes, set the candidate to review

Ask if the candidate has criminal convictions. If candidate discloses convictions, set them to review.

Ask candidate how many times in 90 days is it acceptable to be late, leaving early, or absent for work. If candidate states less than 6 times, set candidate to pass. If candidate states more than six times, set candidate to review.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

Ability to lift, move, and handle products throughout the shift Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
